Project Management was retained by Tattersall’s Sweeps to pilot and define their new retail branding to 908 outlets in their retail network nationally.

Project highlights included:

  • Developed RFT processes for a shopfit Panel Contract in conjunction with using AS/NZ standard contracts to dovetail seamlessly into the existing financial and franchisee store arrangement.
  • Developed and launched the new Tattersall’s national brand guidelines including division of shop fitout according to franchisee category.
  • Project managed and delivered 5 retail pilots.
  • Managed a template design over different store footprints to achieve the shopfit guidelines. Secured national signoff of the new brand with national shopping centre landlords.
  • Developed a BAU shopfit approval process for franchisees, business managers and Tattersall’s product brand using design/construct model.
