NS Project Management is delighted to have worked
with this client over a period of 6 years to establish
and manage a program of works in excess of 109 retail refits, refreshes and new stores nationally, including rollout of two new rebranding programs and a rollout of 51 new store fitouts in the first year producing a quality product over a compressed timeframe resulting in a significant upturn of sales.
Project highlights included:
- Significant value engineering outcomes for goods and services including standardizing elements and benchmarking store costs nationally.
- Implemented select tendering documents to streamline RFT and RFQ processes. Implemented Australian and New Zealand standard form of contracts and templates for all goods and services. Tendered and contracted national suppliers for signage, maintenance, data and communications, overseas procurement and lighting.
- Developed, implemented and managed a national shopfit manual including specifications and guidelines.
- Developed and implemented a national store maintenance program, including energy efficiency initiatives, preventative and reactive maintenance and regular supplier assessments.
