Project highlights include:

• Design and delivery of Level 7, 365 Queen Street, Melbourne for the ACTU member Connect team including base building upgrade
• Extensive demolition and refurbishment of whole floors to Levels 8 and 9 in a fully tenanted building. These floors now boast energy efficient mechanical plant and electrical systems with new toilet and shower facilities and common area treatments adding the all- important finishing touches
• Main reception refurbishment, new café and call centre
• Training centre refurbishment and new media centre
